My client is a newly established property and lettings firm. Due to the expansion of their business they are seeking an experienced receptionist/administrator to join their team.
Part Time role. 5 x morning per week.
Job Description
Based on front of house, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service, answering all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and you will also provide administrative support to the team.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming calls
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Query resolution
- General administration
- Accounts administration
- Invoicing
Skills/Experience
- 5 years reception/administration experience
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong PC skills (Full MS Office)
- Experienced with invoicing and basic accounts administration
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate
- ECDL qualified would be an advantage
Personal Attributes
- You will be 100% committed to a part time role
- You will be available to work 5 mornings per week, at €15,000 - €16,000
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Professional manner
- Confident in your own ability to manage your daily workload
