Leading company based in Wexford require a receptionist/administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet for all clients
  • Screening calls
  • Administration/reporting using excel
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • General reception duties

The person:

  • Be capable of working on their own initiative and extremely organised
  • Excellent PC Skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft excel
