Leading company based in Wexford require a receptionist/administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet for all clients
- Screening calls
- Administration/reporting using excel
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
- General reception duties
The person:
- Be capable of working on their own initiative and extremely organised
- Excellent PC Skills
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft excel
