My client is a leader in the FMCG market and are currently seeking a new sales administrator to join their team.

Job Description

The main focus of this role is to provide a very high level of customer service to their clients and to provide full administrative support to the office, while based on front of house.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Based on front of house, you will answer all incoming calls and meeting & greet visitors to the office.
  • Order processing - taking customer order and processing them in an effecient manner.
  • Liaising with internal department such as the sales and accounts teams.
  • Assisting the sales team in managing monthly promotions.
  • Producing reports.
  • Typing correspondence and general adminsitrative duties.

Skills/Experience

  • 2 years sales administration and order processing experience
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • 50wpm typing speeds

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Leaving Certificate

Salary: €24,000
