Roles/Responsibilities
- Based on front of house, you will answer all incoming calls and meeting & greet visitors to the office.
- Order processing - taking customer order and processing them in an efficient manner.
- Liaising with internal department such as the sales and accounts teams.
- Assisting the sales team in managing monthly promotions.
- Producing reports.
- Typing correspondence and general administrative duties.
