My client, a global company with European headquarters in Dublin, is currently seeking a sales support administrator.

My client sells financial services software products to corporate clients, this role will support the sales function through timely processing of orders, dealing with clients and general office admin duties

At least 3 years’ experience in sales support in a corporate environment is required
PC literacy especially with CRM tools is needed
Software industry experience is highly desirable
Sales management reporting experience is necessary
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Experience in dealing with clients and working under pressure
Fluency in Italian or French is desirable, excellent English necessary
