My client is a world leading financial firm. They are currently seeking to expand their Resourcing team.

Job Description

This role is very focused on scheduling and co-ordinating manpower to different company projects. It is very busy and demanding and requires someone with suberb scheduling and problem solving skills.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage company diary for different projects
  • Schedule manpower to projects
  • Liaising with senior managment regarding their project needs
  • Manage senior managments expectations
  • Solving scheduling problems
  • Ensuring senior staff are placed on varied projects to ensure their continuous development
  • Diary planning

Skills/Experience

  • 4 years + experience in a busy scheduling role
  • Background in aprofessional services or accountancy firm
  • Excellent PC skills including Word & Excel

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Degree qualified would be ideal but not essential

Personal Attributes

  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Excellent diary management skills
  • Strong communication skills - the ability to work with people at all levels of the business and to manage senior staffs expectations

Salary €30,000 - €38,000 + benefits
