Based in company headquarters in Dublin 18 the successful candidate will be joining a highly successful business that had a turnover of over €2 bn in 2008. My client only hires the very best and in this highly autonomous role the successful candidate will be required to set up and maintain processes and procedures within the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Electronic statutory records - members, directors etc. for both the company’s Irish and UK subsidiaries
  • Preparation and submission of annual returns and other filings
  • General support to the Assistant Company Secretary including managing statutory books and records
  • Aiding in the scheduling, preparation and execution of board meetings - and minuting the same

Requirements:

  • A 3rd level degree qualification - preferably in business or law
  • Experience in this area is much desired but not essential - candidates with a strong background in senior administration / secretarial / PA will be considered
  • Excellent MS Office (including PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised self starter with lots of common sense
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary €35,000 - 40,000 DOE
