Secretary - required

A reputable organisation in Cork require a highly competent Secretary for a 1-2 month temporary assignment to cover an increased workload.

Required Experience:

At least 2 years experience of working as a Secretary & ideally within the public sector

Experience of using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel; Outlook

At least 40wpm typing

an ability to work to deadlines and multi-task

The Role:

  • Booking appointments & meetings
  • Handling correspondance
  • Setting up appointments
  • Reporting
  • Compiling PowerPoint presentation
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • General secretarial duties
