Our client, a leading provider within it’s field is currently seeking an experienced Secretary to join their branch in Mullingar.

Job Description

This role will primarily provide secretarial support to Director level

Roles/Responsibilities

  • To achieve personal objectives by analysing, evaluating and completing work in accordance with agreed standards and service level agreements
  • Type all correspondance as required
  • Willingness to answer & screen calls when required
  • Maintain the company filing system in good order
  • Operation of management information systems
  • Supervise junior administrative support staff
  • Provide support to director level
  • Some reception duties
  • High level of dictaphone typing

Skills/Experience

  • At least 3-4 years previous secretarial experience
  • Experience of dictaphone / audio typing is essential
  • Excellent keyboard skills and good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Good initiative and organisational skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivilant
