Our client is a leading company based in Kinsale with an excellent reputation within its industry.
Job Description
We are looking for a fantastic Secretary/Administrator with excellent MS office skills to join this progressive company and add value to the team. The succeddful candidate will be responsible for supporting the MD and Personal Assistant within this company.
This position is temporary in the short-term with the view to permanency.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Handling correspondance
- Organising travel and accomodation
- Setting up meetings
- Handling queries
- Updating the website and website maintenance
- Reporting
- Ad hoc projects
- General administration
*Some travel may be required on occasion for this position
*Candidates MUST be living in Kinsale or within a 20 min drive from Kinsale town.
Skills/Experience
- At least 2 years experience in administration or 2 years experience of working as a secretary
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- Typing
- Previous experience of updating & editing databases
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Leaving cert
- A qualification in administration or a secretarial course is desirable.
