Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Secretary/Personal Assistant with excellent experience and an extensive working knowledge of MS Outlook/Word/MS Excel/Power point & Typing.
*ONLY candidates with the above skills and relevant PA/Secretarial experience will be considered for this position.
Please note that this role is for 6 months and is a temporary assignment.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Organising travel & accommodation
- Scheduling meetings, circulating information & documentation on meetings to relevant parties, organising venues, equipment
- Handling calls and correspondence
- Updating systems and files accurately
- Providing administration support to the team and MD
- Extensive diary management
- Reporting
- Attending meetings, taking & circulating minutes of meetings
- Compiling power point presentations
- Ad hoc projects administration
- General secretarial duties
Skills/Experience
Candidates MUST have a least 2 - 3 years Secretarial/PA experience and MUST have a working knowledge of the following:
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Power Point
- Typing - at least 40wpm
- Good data entry skills
Education / Professional Qualifications
All candidates must be educated to Leaving Cert level and MUST have documentation of Leaving Cert results.
