Experienced Customer Support Executive wanted ASAP
12 month role!
Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience from a similar role to be considered for this position
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide senior customer support/account management
- Responsible for swift resolution of any data issues
- Manage any discrepancies re order processing, invoices, credit notes, shipping and logistics
- Working within SLA of 24 hours per query.
- Letter of Credit processing.
- Participation in meetings, events, and projects.
- Customer focussed.
- Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, and various internal teams where needed.
- Logging, investigation, and processing of Credit/Debit Note records.
- Liaise with Stock Team on monthly Inventory Report.
- Liaise with Customers, Suppliers and various internal teams as required
To be considered for this role suitable candidates MUST have:
- A minimum of 3 years logistics administration experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Analytical mind
- Experience using in-house database, experience in JD EDWARDS is also beneficial
- Excellent communication skills & fluency in English
