Experienced Customer Support Executive wanted ASAP

12 month role!

Suitable candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience from a similar role to be considered for this position

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior customer support/account management
  • Responsible for swift resolution of any data issues
  • Manage any discrepancies re order processing, invoices, credit notes, shipping and logistics
  • Working within SLA of 24 hours per query.
  • Letter of Credit processing.
  • Participation in meetings, events, and projects.
  • Customer focussed.
  • Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, and various internal teams where needed.
  • Logging, investigation, and processing of Credit/Debit Note records.
  • Liaise with Stock Team on monthly Inventory Report.
  • Liaise with Customers, Suppliers and various internal teams as required

To be considered for this role suitable candidates MUST have:

  • A minimum of 3 years logistics administration experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Analytical mind
  • Experience using in-house database, experience in JD EDWARDS is also beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills & fluency in English
