Job Description
A Statistical Administrator is needed to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Customer Services Unit
Roles/Responsibilities
As a Statistical Administrator, your duties would include:
- Answering calls and addressing queries
- Processing claims
- Entering data into databases (MS Excel & Access)
- Typing / compiling reports
- Liaising with the team and other departments
- Filing, photocopying, faxing
Skills/Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years administrative experience, preference will be given to someone from an insurance background
- Knowledge and previous use of MS Excel and MS Access databases
Education / Professional Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate
- Diploma / degree in insurance or finance would be preferred
