Job Description

A Statistical Administrator is needed to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Customer Services Unit

Roles/Responsibilities

As a Statistical Administrator, your duties would include:

  • Answering calls and addressing queries
  • Processing claims
  • Entering data into databases (MS Excel & Access)
  • Typing / compiling reports
  • Liaising with the team and other departments
  • Filing, photocopying, faxing

Skills/Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 2 years administrative experience, preference will be given to someone from an insurance background
  • Knowledge and previous use of MS Excel and MS Access databases

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Leaving Certificate
  • Diploma / degree in insurance or finance would be preferred
