My client is a leading and award winning International finanical firm based in the heart of the city centre. 
With offices located throughout Ireland, they are currently seeking experienced secretaries to join their winning team in their office off St Stephens Green.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years secretarial experience, ideally but not essentially from a financial background.  You will have excellent audio typing experience and will be organised, effecient, professional and a real team player.

The sucessful candidate will provide secretarial support to a senior manager and ad hoc support to a small team.  Your responsibilities include diary management, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, reports typing, presentation compilation, typing of documents, filing and some client liaison.
