Job Description

A Technical Administrator is required for a two year fixed term contract in order to provide general administrative support to the Commissioning Team.

Roles/Responsibilities

As Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Updating records in the database
  • Answering calls and addressing queries
  • Sourcing documents for files and updating / organising files
  • General administrative duties (typing, photocopying, filing, etc.)

Skills/Experience

  • Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • 3 years’ solid experience as a Technical Administrator, or in similar role
  • Experience in Engineering / Technical industry

Education / Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma, preferably in a technical field
  • Preference given to candidates who hold a degree in engineering or other related field
