Requirements:

  • A minimum 6 months experience as an audio typist
  • At least 60 words per minute
  • Excellent computer skills with Advanced Word
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Well presented and Professional
  • Flexible

Duties:

  • Audio Typing of documents, letters, contracts and briefing
  • Diary management, organising meeting and dealing with any travel arrangements
  • Maintaining client files
  • General administration including filing and archiving documents
  • Dealing with any queries from clients
