Temp Receptionist w/ French Required

Temp Receptionist / Administrator required for an immediate start with a well known Insurer based in Dublin city centre. This is a bilingual office so fluent French and English are essential. This role has an immediate start and will last for a minimum of 6 months.

Rate of pay is €12 p/hr.

Responsibilities will include :

-Answering and transferring phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Setting up of files and maintenance of records
-Helping with general administration

Requirements:

-2-3 years front of house experience preferably in a busy multicultural environment
-Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
-Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to be accurate with a good attention to detail
-Experience of Microsoft Word & Excel
