Excellent Opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist

Our client, a well known Consultancy firm in Dublin 6 currently require a temporary Receptionist / Administrator. This role requires an immediate start and will last for a min 5 months.

Responsibilities will include :

-Managing a busy switchboard
-Managing the reception area : ensuring orders of office supplies are managed effectively
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Ordering couriers
-Typing
-Ad hoc administrative duties, e.g booking taxis etc

Requirements :

-You have at least 1-2 years experience in a busy front of house position
-Excellent communication and organisational skills

Rate of pay is €12 - 13 p/hr.
