Tender & Documentation Specialist

To support the development of the business by developing, maintaining and coordinating PSL agreements, tenders and proposals, consistently and professionally.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

KRA: Business Development

· Development of all materials relating to Tender and Preferred Supplier List (PSL) submissions

· Development of standard inputs available to consultants preparing presentations for clients;

· Dealing with requests for information for Tender and PSLs in a timely, organised and efficient manner;

· Preparing Tender and PSL submissions from start to finish

· Ensuring that all relevant information is provided consistently across the board;

· Development of understanding of public sector tender practices, in particular in the UK;

· Review and development of existing Tender and PSL processes to enable Premier Group to respond in an efficient and effective manner to all business development opportunities;

· Understanding of the critical success factors in Tender and PSL processes;

· Involvement with Operations in assessing and exploring business development opportunities in Tender and PSL sectors.

KRA: Process Improvement and Administration control.

· Design and implementation of standard templates for creating presentations for business development opportunities;

· Revision and control of all materials relating to Tenders and PSLs - to be located in one centralised location;

· Archive all Tender and PSL submissions for future reference

· Archive all presentations delivered to clients for future reference

Person Specification:

· Excellent commercial awareness is critical to success in this role;

· Essential to demonstrate credibility through his/her knowledge and understanding of Recruitment

· Leverage knowledge and understanding across all group brands

· Excellent planning and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail

· Confidence and ability to deliver presentations to clients face to face as the role develops and the need arises.

· Strong quality ethos with a positive and enthusiastic approach as well as a high level of self-motivation;

· Ability to influence and impact the organization essential

· Ability to build positive relationships across the business
